Reverse an event (All)

  1. Perform any one of the following:
    • Click Load Processing > Shipment Legs > View History. The Shipment Leg history page is displayed.
    • Click Track and Trace > Loads > History. The Load History page is displayed.
    • Click Shipment Processing > Shipments > View History. The Shipment History page is displayed.
  2. Select a record and click Reverse.

Notes:

  • Reversing an event changes the event status from “Active” to “Reversed”, making the event ineligible for display as the last reported location in Transportation Smartbench.
  • The application will return an error if the event status is already reversed, or the event is not one eligible to be reversed.
