Shipment Events (Customer)

This screen displays the most recent events for the selected shipment for six pre-defined categories. An event is any change within the status of a shipment

The complete list of events for each shipment appears on the Shipment History screen.

This page will not consider A/P operational transition events recorded at shipment leg detail level. Once the applicable event (for example, Delivery, POD) has been reported for all shipment leg details for a shipment leg, it will be reflected on this list.

Note: The POD Details and Shipment Leg Details operations direct you to information associated with the final leg on the shipment's itinerary.
