Drag and drop to move shipment leg

In Transportation Smartbench, the drag and drop feature allows you to easily perform the following actions without a need to use the assign and remove operations from the toolbar:

Remove a shipment leg from the associated load and assign it to another target eligible load
Assign the unattached shipment leg to a target eligible load

To use this feature, select a row in the Shipment Leg view, then drag and drop onto a target load in the Load view, or a target stop in the Stop view.

Note: To use this feature, you must have necessary permissions to one or both of the Assign to Planned Load and Assign to Open Load operations from an entity view when the target is a load list. When the target is Stop list, you must have necessary permissions to one or both of the Move to Shipment Legs to Load and Move Shipment Legs to Open Load operations from an entity view. If a shipment leg is attached to a load, then you must also have necessary permissions to one or both of the Remove From Planned Load and Remove From Open Load operations in an entity view.
