Map list operations
The following operations are provided above the map list:
- Show: One or more rows must be selected. Adds selected map list objects to the map view.
- Hide: One or more rows must be selected. Subtracts selected map list objects from the map view.
- Remove: One or more rows must be selected. Deletes selected map list objects from the map list (and map view if rendered).
- Directions: One row must be selected. Provides turn-by-turn directions for the selected map list object in a pop-up window. Content is displayed as provided by the licensed map vendor. Directions can be printed from the Directions dialog.
- Reset Zoom: No selection required. Refreshes the map view to a zoom level that will display all map list objects currently indicated as displayed in the map view (i.e., check mark icon appears in the Display column). Use this operation as-needed after adding or subtracting objects from the map view via Hide or Show.
Shortcut: Individual map list objects can be added to the map view by clicking in the Display column of the desired row.
