Reverse a status transition in Transportation Smartbench
You can reverse certain status transitions on the following event history lists:
- Shipment (Event) History
- Shipment Leg (Event) History
- Load (Event) History
- Trip (Event) History
- Booking (Event) History
Use the Reverse operation when the current location information on the recorded event is inaccurate. The operation will change the event status to Reversed. Once reversed, that event will no longer be used for last reported location handling. Instead, the application will revert to a previously reported qualifying event (if any).
Notes:
- Once reversed, an event cannot be re-activated. Corrected information may be supplied by generating a new event using currently supported operations.
- Reverse is currently allowed only on Load Update and Stop ETA Revision events.
