Event History

Use this page to view the event history for selected loads, trips, bookings, shipments, shipment legs, assets and asset assignments in the Transportation Smartbench (TSB).

By default, the page is populated with events directly associated with the entity for which the operation was initiated. Filter criteria can be adjusted to display events for related parent and child entities. For example, when selecting the operation for a load, the list will initially only include load level events for the selected load. By adjusting the quick filter on the ‘Event For’ column, you can also include data for related shipments, shipment legs, trips and bookings.

Filters may also be applied to limit the set of displayed events for selected entity types, such as events created/updated by a specific user. This support is provided through grid quick filters. See Quick filters.

By default, events are sequenced in descending order by System Date/Time order (that is, the order received).

Note: Event History for shipments is based on a different data source than other supported entities (that is, A/R Status Transitions versus A/P Status Transitions). As this data source is composed of fewer elements, unsupported columns will populate as ‘blanks’.

Note: The following operations will not be available when you access the event history page from Asset view, Asset Assignment view, and Asset Schedule view.
