Route, Rate and Schedule – Shipments (Customer)

Use this screen to view rating information for the shipment. Rating results will not always be available for shipments.

The following shipments will never have rating information:

  • Shipments for customers that are invoiced exclusively on a carrier surcharge basis.
  • Non-revenue generating shipments.

Note: If Monetary Information Control field is set to No Monetary Values or No Rating Values in the user profile, then the rating and charge information sections are suppressed for the user.

Task

Display the Route, Rate and Schedule screen for shipments (Customer)
