Shared item operations

Double click any group item to expand all search items within the group. Double click any search item to display the corresponding search result.

Right-click a search item in the shared panel to perform the following operations

Run: Processes the selected search item. This results in the population of a view in the results panel. That view displays a title to match the search item. If the view already exists in the results panel, the contents will be refreshed. This search can be modified but not saved.
Copy: Creates a copy of the selected search group item in the current user’s search panel. The search group and all related search items are copied to the search panel with the same name. The user can then apply modifications to their copy. A user cannot copy individual searches from a shared search group. However, the user can copy a shared search group and then delete search items not needed. Copied items will not be shared.
