Summary view operations
The following operations are displayed on the summary view’s title bar:
- Refresh
: When the Show History checkbox is not selected, re-processes the summary search item. Updated results are replaced in this view and the view title reflects the timestamp of the most recent execution. When the Show History checkbox is selected, each refresh adds a new timestamped row to the list. The most recent result is displayed at the top of the list. - Clear
: Clears the results of the summary view. When you click the Clear button, Confirm Clear window appears to confirm the clearing of summary view results. This operation is available only when the Show History checkbox is selected in the Customize Summary page. - Export Grid
: Generates a .XLS format file named from the search that generated the Summary view for Stop, Load, Trip, or Booking entity attributes. This operation is available only when the Show History checkbox is selected in the Customize Summary page. Export is available only when Allow Export Data from Lists is enabled in a user's profile. - Customize Layout
: Displays the Customize dialog box where you can edit your summary view criteria. - Help
: Displays the OnLine Expert for the Transportation Smartbench in a separate window. - Close
: Closes the Summary View in the results panel.

In addition, collapse/expand the view by clicking anywhere on the title bar not already occupied by an operation icon.
