Notes in Transportation Smartbench

This page displays the list of all notes that are associated with the selected entity objects. Only notes for one entity type may be viewed at a time.

Operations

Note: These operations will not be available when accessing the notes for booking revisions.Administrator can configure operations for a role. Only the authorized operations are displayed in your operation toolbar.

Delete: Deletes the selected note.
Duplicate: Allows you to create a new note that has the same details of the selected note.
New: This page allows you to create notes for the selected entity. You can specify the subject, description, importance, and type of the note. Only the description for the note is required. If subject is not provided, the beginning of the note will be considered as the subject.
Properties: Displays the details of the selected note.
Reset: Reverts all unsaved row-level changes to original values.
Submit: Posts all row-level changes to the database.
Update: Allows you to edit the details of the selected note.
