Booking Revision view

This view provides inline editing and booking revision related operations in addition to the generic features and behaviors provided for entity views.

The booking revision view consists of the following elements:

Title bar: Displays the name of the search used to populate it, followed by the number of rows in the view. The title bar also has standard Entity view operations.
Operations toolbar: Displays booking revisions-specific operations.
Customizable grid view: Displays the search results for booking revisions.

A new instance of the booking revision view is created when any of the following events occur:

You process a booking revision search that does not already have an open view.
You select one or more objects in an entity view and select the Booking Revisions operation and a view based on that selection is not already open.
