Booking Tender - Contacts (Employee)

Click the Contacts tab from the Booking Tender page when issuing a tender for a booking or when updating an existing booking tender to access this page.

When accessing this page while issuing a tender, if this is the first time any Tender Contacts page is accessed for this booking, or if any of the key values associated with the load on the booking are modified since a Tender Contacts page was last accessed for this booking, defaults are established before displaying the page. Default logic will be triggered when either the carrier or service has been modified.

You can use the Refresh icon () to manually trigger default logic for both the Sender Contact and Carrier Contact for the tender. When Email notification is enabled, an email will be sent to the designated email addresses.

The Tender Response Required by Date/Time defines when a response to the tender must be provided by the carrier. Tenders for bookings are not automatically canceled even if a response is not received before the designated date/time.

Use Tender Distribution fields to control how the tender is sent to the carrier. These fields default based on the configuration of the applicable tariff/service combination but they can be overridden.
