INTTRA Ocean Schedule Import

The INTTRA Ocean Schedule Import job will read INTTRA ocean schedule information from an INTTRA ocean schedule XML file and update the corresponding TM Delivery Schedules. The ocean schedule import will support both the initial import of schedules as well as incremental updating of schedules. When run in CREATE mode, the process will identify corresponding delivery schedule(s) for each INTTRA carrier. For each delivery schedule, itineraries will be created for supported locations if they do not already exist. An External Mapping should be defined for locations to specify their UN/LOCODE or the TM shipping location names should be set to valid UN/LOCODEs. For more information, see Global Settings - List of External Mappings (Employee). When run in CREATE or UPDATE mode, the process will create new fixed date timetables, update existing timetables, and set removed timetables to inactive, as specified by the INTTRA incremental update information. The time table entries will store both the INTTRA identifier and the IMO (International Maritime Organization) information.

The Container Yard Date/Time and Shipping Instructions Date/Time fields will be set automatically by the job type when the origin location specifies Shipping Instructions Date/Time offset and (or) Container Yard Date/Time offset external mappings.

Upon completion of processing of the INTTRA ocean schedule XML file, the file extension will be changed to indicate that it has been processed and so that it will not be re-processed.

The following Job Parameters may be specified when defining an INTTRA Ocean Schedule Import Job Definition:
