Incoterms fields

  • Incoterms ID: Mandatory; The combination of Incoterms ID, Incoterms version, and division must be unique in the Incoterms table. Typically, this refers to one of the industry-standard Incoterms (for example, EXW, FCA, CFR). It is not editable in the update mode.
  • Incoterms Version: Mandatory; TM supports the following Incoterms Versions: 1990, 2000, 2010, and 2020.
  • Division: Mandatory; It is not editable in the update mode. The combination of Incoterms ID, Incoterms version, and division must be unique in the Incoterms table. It is not editable in the update mode.
  • Default Incoterms Shipping Location Type: Mandatory; It is editable in the update mode. It will refer to one of the following values:
    • Destination Port Location
    • Origin Port Location
    • Shipment Destination Location
    • Shipment Origin Location

    This value, or the corresponding value in the Incoterms Location table, is used when selecting a default value for Incoterms shipping location for a shipment.
