List of Shipments not Assigned to Loads (Employee)

This screen can be accessed in two different ways:

  1. Click Load Build > Work With Plan > Loads. The List of Loads Attached to Plan is displayed.
  2. Select a load.
  3. Click Shipments. The Assigned Shipments tab is displayed.
  4. Click the Unassigned Shipments tab.

OR

  1. Click Load Build > Work with Plan > Shipments > Unassigned.

Regardless of the access path, the list will present all shipment legs attached to the current plan that are not currently attached to any load and are in a status that would allow the shipment leg to be immediately attached to a load.

Tasks (all unassigned shipments)

Assign a shipment to an existing load (Employee)
Display a distance/transit time override (Employee)
Display a shipment’s itinerary (Employee)
Display memo comments (All)
Display shipment properties (Employee)
Display shipment reference numbers (Carrier/Customer)
Display the list of charge overrides for a shipment leg (Employee)
Display the list of shipments not assigned to loads/shipments attached to a plan (Employee)
Display the Rate Shop screen for shipment legs (Employee)
Display the Route, Rate and Schedule screen for shipment legs (Employee)
Generate an event for a shipment leg (All)
Remove the load merge-in-transit consolidation class for a shipment leg (Employee)
Search for shipments attached to a plan/shipments not assigned to loads (Employee)
Remove the booking merge-in-transit consolidation class for a shipment or load (Employee)

Tasks (when accessed from Load Build > Work with Plan > Shipments > Unassigned)

Assign a shipment to a new load (Employee)
Assign shipments to new loads (Employee)
Change current plan for a shipment leg (Employee)
Collapse itinerary for shipments – Load Build Control (Employee)
Delete a shipment from a plan – unassigned shipments (Employee)
Delete an appointment for Destination or Origin (All)
Display an appointment for Destination or Origin (All)
Select a shipment for optimization – unassigned shipments (Employee)
Set a shipment to planned status – List of Shipments (Employee)
