Load Build Control (Employee)

The Load Build Control page allows you to perform various batch operations on loads, shipments and shipment legs. With a few exceptions (listed below), the actions triggered from this page will immediately prompt user to supply a set of filter criteria; upon clicking Submit, Transportation Manager will search for all entities that meet the user-defined search criteria and then perform the applicable action. Each of these operations could also be performed for an individual load, shipment or shipment leg from one of the lists accessible in the Load Build module.

Exceptions:

Optimize: Provides optional access to two different filter pages: loads and trips. Upon clicking Submit, the optimization process is performed using shipment legs previously selected using a different operation, plus loads and trips that meet designated filter criteria.
Select All for Optimization: This operation does not present a filter page. Once selection is verified, the application selects all eligible shipment legs for optimization without enforcing any filtering.
Unselect All for Optimization: This operation does not present a filter page. Once selection is verified, the application unselects all eligible shipment legs currently selected for optimization without enforcing any filtering.
Attach All to Plan: This operation does not present a filter page. Once selection is verified, the application attaches all eligible shipment legs to the current plan without enforcing any filtering.
