Shipment Operations (Employee / Customer)

The following are the shipment operations that you can select from a pop-up menu by clicking Operations from the List of Shipments page in the Shipment Processing module:

• Process: Promotes shipments from the Open to Processed status.
• Hold: Places a shipment on hold.
• Release: Releases a shipment from hold.
• Urgent: Flags a shipment as urgent.
• Cancel: Sets the shipment to the Canceled status.
• Close: Advances the shipment to the Closed status.
• Clear Override Horizon: Deletes the override horizon and resets to the shipment horizon.
• Generate Event (All)
• Distance/Time Override (Customer/Employee)
• Responsible Customer Overrides (Customer/Employee)
• Charge Overrides (Employee)
• Shipment Gross Margin (Employee)
