Trigger Supplementary Purge
- Click Environment > System >Supplementary Purge. The Purge Supplementary Data page is displayed.

- Select the required supplementary purge utilities to invoke. If applicable, provide additional data for the selected purge.
- Under the Request section, enter Start Date and select the Priority.
Note: The purge process does not start prior to the designated date/time. After that time, the asynchronous job will be triggered once all submitted jobs with a higher priority are completed.
- Click Submit. The jobs are placed on the Request Queue.
Note: You can access the information related to any of the jobs initiated by Purge Supplementary Data using Miscellaneous > Batch Requests in the navigation pad. See List of Batch Requests (Employee).
There is no detailed reporting on the purge results. Summary information is available in the Request Message Log (for example, user, options, cut off date/time and the number of entries deleted per table).
Note: It is recommended that the jobs triggered by Purge Supplementary Data be scheduled to execute during off hours.
