Timetable Entry Fields - Details Tab
This will be the default tab in Update and View modes.
Timetable Entry Points
The columns that are available for presentation will vary depending on the Date Basis defined on the General tab.
Arrival information will never be defined for the first sequence for the timetable entry.
Departure information will never be defined for the last sequence for the timetable entry.
- Sequence: The sequence number for this itinerary point within the itinerary (that is, where first itinerary point will be sequence 001, the second will be 002, etc.).
- Arrival Date: The scheduled date for arrival. Applicable only when the Date Basis for the timetable is Fixed Date. Editable in Update mode.
- Arrival Day: The scheduled day of the week for arrival. Applicable only when the Date Basis for the timetable entry is Day of Week. Editable in Update mode.
- Instance of Delivery Day: The number of weeks between the departure day at the previous itinerary point and the arrival day at the current itinerary. When the departure day for the previous itinerary point is a Monday and the arrival day for the current itinerary point is also a Monday, a value of 1 refers to the same Monday (that is, same day) while a value of 2 refers to the second Monday (that is, 7 days later). When the departure day for the previous itinerary point is a Monday and the arrival day for the current itinerary point is a Tuesday, a value of 3 refers to the third Tuesday after the Monday (that is, 15 days later). Applicable only when the Date Basis for the timetable entry is Day of Week. Editable in Update mode.
- Arrival Elapsed Days: The number of elapsed business days from departure at the previous itinerary point to the arrival at the current itinerary point. Applicable only when the Date Basis for the timetable entry is Elapsed Days. Editable in Update mode.
- Arrival From: The lower end of the range for scheduled arrival time. This is applicable for all timetable entries, regardless of the Date Basis. Editable in Update mode.
- Arrival To: The upper end of the range for scheduled arrival time. This is applicable for all timetable entries, regardless of the Date Basis. Editable in Update mode.
- Departure Date: The scheduled date for arrival. Applicable only when the Date Basis for the timetable is Fixed Date. Editable in Update mode.
- Departure Day: The scheduled day of the week for departure. Applicable only when the Date Basis for the timetable entry is Day of Week. Editable in Update mode.
- Instance of Pickup Day: The number of weeks between the arrival day and the departure day for the current itinerary point. When the arrival day and the departure day for the current itinerary point are both Monday, a value of 1 refers to the same Monday (that is, same day) while a value of 2 refers to the second Monday (that is, 7 days later). When the arrival day is a Monday and the departure day is a Tuesday, a value of 3 refers to the third Tuesday after the Monday (that is, 15 days later). Applicable only when the Date Basis for the timetable entry is Day of Week. Editable in Update mode.
- Departure Elapsed Days: The number of elapsed business days from arrival to departure at the current itinerary point. Applicable only when the Date Basis for the timetable entry is Elapsed Days. Editable in Update mode.
- Departure From: The lower end of the range for scheduled departure time. This is applicable for all timetable entries, regardless of the Date Basis. Editable in Update mode.
- Departure To: The upper end of the range for scheduled departure time. This is applicable for all timetable entries, regardless of the Date Basis. Editable in Update mode.
- Transit Days: A computed value that represents the number of days in transit between the departure from the previous itinerary point and arrival at the current itinerary point. This is applicable for all timetable entries, regardless of the Date Basis. It is not applicable for the first itinerary point for the timetable entry. It is never editable.
- Running Transit Days: A computed value that represents the number of days in transit between the departure from the original itinerary point and arrival at the current itinerary point. This is applicable for all timetable entries, regardless of the Date Basis. It is not applicable for the first itinerary point for the timetable entry. It is never editable.
- Minimum Transit Time Hours: The minimum transit time in hours and portions thereof between departure at previous point and arrival at current point.
- Minimum Dwell Time Hours: The minimum dwell time in hours and portions thereof between Arrival and Departure for the current itinerary point. This is applicable only at intermediate points.
Note: The departure date and time of the first itinerary point for the timetable must be greater than the Container Yard Date/Time specified on the General tab.
