Timetable Entry Fields - General Tab
This is the default tab in Create and Duplicate modes.
Timetable Entry
- Timetable Entry ID: A unique identifier for the timetable entry within the timetable. It is user-assigned, mandatory and cannot be modified after a timetable entry has been created.
- Description: The description for this timetable entry. Mandatory. Editable in Update mode.
- Date Basis: The date basis for the timetable entry. Possible values are: Fixed Date, Day of Week or Elapsed Days. Default will be based on Default Date Basis for the applicable delivery schedule.
- Active: Indicates whether the timetable entry is active for scheduling purposes. An inactive time table entry may be referenced by existing loads and bookings, but will not be returned for new loads or bookings. Optimization, Rating and Rate Shop will not return an inactive time table entry.
- External Source ID: Used to identify the unique ID from an external system from which the timetable information was sourced.
- Vessel Tracking ID 1: The first of two tracking identifiers for the timetable entry. This tracking identifier will be copied to loads and bookings which schedule using the timetable entry.
- Vessel Tracking ID 2: The second of two tracking identifiers for the timetable entry. This tracking identifier will be copied to loads and bookings which schedule using the timetable entry.
Note: This field is used in the integration with INTTRA when importing ocean schedules. It will be set based on the INTTRA schedule ID.
Note: The Vessel Tracking ID 1 and Vessel Tracking ID 2 fields are provided to support the capture of information essential to support real-time tracking in cases where it is known in advance of booking/load creation. The meaning and use of each depends on the mode of transport (e.g., truck, ocean, etc.) and needs of the specific tracking partner integration. - Voyage Number: The unique identifier of sailing schedule.
- Vessel: The name of the vessel.

Container Yard Date/Time: If defined, then freight cannot arrive at the place of receipt (origin port) after this date/time.
Note: This field will be set automatically by the INTTRA Ocean Schedule Import job type when the origin location specifies a Container Yard Date/Time offset external mapping. The Date Basis of timetable entries created by the Ocean Schedule Import is Fixed Date. This field can be set by users for any Date Basis, but is likely to only have meaning for Fixed Date times.

Shipping Instructions Date/Time: The latest date and time by which shipping instructions must be sent to the carrier (expressed in the time zone of the vessel departure location).
Note: This field will be set automatically by the INTTRA Ocean Schedule Import job type when the origin location specifies a Shipping Instructions Date/Time offset external mapping. The Date Basis of timetable entries created by the Ocean Schedule Import is Fixed Date. This field can be set by users for any Date Basis, but is likely to only have meaning for Fixed Date times.
- Related Vessel: The related vessel name. It can be used to capture the Feeder Vessel ID in cases where the timetable represents a combination of feeder and mother vessel sailing.
- Related Voyage Number: The related voyage number. It can be used to capture the Feeder Voyage Number in cases where the timetable represents a combination of feeder and mother vessel sailing.
- Related Departure Date/Time: The related departure date and time expressed in the time zone of the related departure location. It can be used to capture the departure date and time from the Mother Vessel Port in cases where the timetable represents a combination of feeder and mother vessel sailing.
- Related Departure Location Type: The related departure location type. It can be used to capture the departure port for the mother vessel in cases where the timetable represents a combination of feeder and mother vessel sailing.
- Related Departure Location ID: The related departure location ID. It can be used to capture the departure port for the mother vessel in cases where the timetable represents a combination of feeder and mother vessel sailing.
