Delete an appointment (Carrier/Employee)

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

  1. Perform one of the following tasks:
  2. Select a stop.
  3. Click Delete Appointment.
  4. If prompted, select an appropriate reason code and click Submit.

Note: This step is required only when multiple reason codes are configured for the associated event. See “Event reason codes”.

OR

  1. Display stop operations for an alert (Carrier/Employee) – Monitoring Module.
  2. Click Delete Appointment.
  3. If prompted, select an appropriate reason code and click Submit.

From Transportation Smartbench (Employee):

  1. Run a search to populate the Load view.
  2. Select a load.
  3. Click Stops. The Stops dialog box is displayed. If the load is editable, the dialog box displays the set of available operations.
  4. Select a stop.
  5. Click Delete Appointment.
  6. If prompted, select an appropriate reason code and click OK.
