Delete an appointment for Destination or Origin (All)
From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:
- Perform one of the following tasks:
- Display a shipment’s itinerary (Customer). Select an itinerary.
- Display a shipment’s itinerary (Employee). Select an itinerary.
- Display the list of events of a shipment (Customer).
- Display a shipment’s history (Customer).
- Select Load Processing > Shipment Legs. The List of Shipment Legs page is displayed.
- Click Delete Appointment for Destination or Delete Appointment for Origin.
- If prompted, select an appropriate reason code and click Submit.
Note: This step is required only when multiple reason codes are configured for the associated event. See “Event reason codes”.
OR
- Perform one of the following tasks:
- Display the list of shipments selected for optimization (Employee).
- Click Load Build > Shipments Not Attached.
The List of Shipments Not Attached to a Plan page is displayed.
- Select Load Build > Work with Plan > Shipments > Unassigned. The list of Shipments Not Assigned to Loads page is displayed.
- Select a shipment.
- Click Delete Appointment for Destination or Delete Appointment for Origin.
- If prompted, select an appropriate reason code and click Submit.
Note: This step is required only when multiple reason codes are configured for the associated event. See “Event reason codes”.
OR
- Perform one of the following tasks:
- Click Manifest Processing > Shipments. The List of Shipments page is displayed.
- Click Manifest Processing > Manifests. Select a manifest then click Shipments. The List of Shipments Assigned to Manifest page is displayed.
- Select a shipment.
- Click Delete Appointment for Destination or Delete Appointment for Origin.
- If prompted, select an appropriate reason code and click Submit.

From Transportation Smartbench:
- Run a search to populate the Shipment Leg view.
- Select a shipment leg.
- Click Delete Destination Appointment or Delete Origin Appointment.
- If prompted, select an appropriate reason code and click OK.
