Delete an appointment for Destination or Origin (All)

From the Transportation Manager Web user interface:

  1. Perform one of the following tasks:
  2. Click Delete Appointment for Destination or Delete Appointment for Origin.
  3. If prompted, select an appropriate reason code and click Submit.

Note: This step is required only when multiple reason codes are configured for the associated event. See “Event reason codes”.

OR

  1. Perform one of the following tasks:

    The List of Shipments Not Attached to a Plan page is displayed.

  2. Select Load Build > Work with Plan > Shipments > Unassigned. The list of Shipments Not Assigned to Loads page is displayed.
  3. Select a shipment.
  4. Click Delete Appointment for Destination or Delete Appointment for Origin.
  5. If prompted, select an appropriate reason code and click Submit.

OR

  1. Perform one of the following tasks:
  2. Select a shipment.
  3. Click Delete Appointment for Destination or Delete Appointment for Origin.
  4. If prompted, select an appropriate reason code and click Submit.

From Transportation Smartbench:

  1. Run a search to populate the Shipment Leg view.
  2. Select a shipment leg.
  3. Click Delete Destination Appointment or Delete Origin Appointment.
  4. If prompted, select an appropriate reason code and click OK.
