Asset Schedule view header operations
The following operations are provided on the right-hand side of the asset schedule title bar:
- Previous Date
, Next Date
: Decrements or increments the currently displayed Date in the timeline by one calendar day.
- Date: When the view is opened, this field is set to the current system date. You can change the timeline basis by specifying a new date in the Date field or by using the Calendar icon.
- Pin
Unpin
: Use this option to prevent a view from being the target of subsequent Asset Schedule operation requests. Toggle between ‘pinned’ and ‘unpinned’ states by clicking on the icon. Asset Schedule operations will append to the last open, unpinned instance.
- Themes
: Alters the visual representation of an asset assignment-based timeline items based on system-defined data conditions. See Themes.
Note: Use Jumpto refresh the view after changing a value in the Date field.
Note: This operation will not be available when an asset schedule view is processed from the search panel.
- Select Day View
: Changes the number of consecutive calendar days rendered in the timeline.
- Select Hours Interval
: Changes the duration of slots rendered in the timeline view.
- Refresh
: Refreshes the Asset Schedule view to reflect recent updates.
- Customize
: Displays the following menu operations:
- Customize Layout: See Customize Asset Schedule Layout.
- Customize Colors: Displays the Customize Colors dialog box where you can set the colors for displaying statuses in the Timeline view. For more information, see Customize Colors.
- View Legend: Displays the Asset Schedule Legend dialog box where users can see the various timeline renderings with a brief description of each.
- Help
: Displays the OnLine Expert for the Transportation Smartbench in a separate window.
- Close
: Closes the entity view in the results panel.
Note: The Theme, Select Day View and Select Hours Interval operations apply only as long as the current view remains open. To set these options for all future view instances, use Customize Layout.
In addition, you can collapse/expand the view by clicking anywhere on the title bar not already occupied by an icon.
