Shipment lifecycle overview
The Lifecycle operation on the Shipment view allows you to view a high-level graphical visualization of a specific shipment. The selected shipment will be displayed as a series of connected nodes, with each node representing a stop. The origin and destination nodes will have their location names located below. The color of different nodes/edges demonstrates the status of the shipment at the corresponding nodes/edges, whether it is: On time, Late or Very Late. By default, Green represents On Time, Orange represents Late and Red represents Very Late.
Note: The threshold and corresponding colors can be defined for lateness using Customize Colors from the Stop view.
Each node (stop) is connected by either of the following lines:
- Straight line: Completed leg
- Dashed line: Incomplete leg
- Blue Truck: Ongoing leg, where the truck is currently delivering
Locations are also shown as filled or not filled circles in various colors. Completed stops are shown as filled in. Not completed are shown as donuts.
Within the lifecycle window, the zoom in/out buttons () located at the top left corner allows you to resize the lifecycle visualization. On the top right corner, click
to view more details, such as, shipment properties and events and also to view the shipment or load on the map.
Below the lifecycle visualization is the grid visualization where each stop is listed with more details, such as, Stop ID, Load ID (if specified), Arrival/Departure Date, and Delivery/Pickup Date. Click against each item in the grid to view more details, such as, the location/stop/load properties, events, and schedule.
