Update Continuation in Transportation Smartbench

This allows you to indicate whether a load, trip, or booking is eligible to be sent to Optimizer for the purpose of trip or booking continuation (that is, adding a load to the existing trip or booking, or using existing loads to create a new trip or booking). Default values are based on the carrier continuation configurations and global settings.
