List of Services for Tariff (Employee)

Each tariff will have one or more assigned services to represent the transportation service(s) being offered by this tariff.

List

The List of Services for Tariff displays all services defined for the selected tariff. In the case of Referential Tariffs, it includes Services defined for the Master Tariff that have not been activated for the Referential Tariff.

By default, the List of Services for Tariff will be sorted in ascending sequence by Service ID.

Properties

The Tariff Service property page has two tabs:

• the General tab contains information related to the type of service
• the Details tab contains information related to rating, consolidation, accounting, and maximum pay variances allowed

Note: When the setting for Team Driver (in the Scheduling section on the General tab) is changed for an existing Tariff Service, validation will ensure that there is no conflict with the Driver Control settings for the equipment types enabled for this Tariff Service. If Team Driver is checked, there cannot be any equipment types for the Tariff Service where Driver Control is Single Driver Only.

Note: The user may create, edit, delete, duplicate a service associated with a master tariff but may only edit or delete a service associated with a referential tariff.

Note: The user can Activate a service for a Referential Tariff. This functionality is comparable to Duplicate, with the service on the master tariff used as the basis for the creation of this service on the referential tariff.
