Route, Rate and Schedule – Trips (Employee)

Use this screen to route, rate, and schedule trips.

The Route, Rate and Schedule screen for trips is displayed in view-only mode even for authorized users when either of the following are true:

Trip is currently being re-planned (that is, optimized)
Financial status has progressed beyond Voucher Pending

Note: If a request was made to perform the Rate Shop operation for a trip and the trip is not currently eligible for rating updates, the Route, Rate and Schedule screen for trips is displayed for the trip instead of the Rate Shop screen.

Note: If Rating or Rate Shop was requested for a load and the selected load is attached to a trip, request will be handled as if user selected the operation for the corresponding trip.

Charge Overrides defined for any of the loads prior to triggering the route, rate and schedule process for the trip will be used to determine eligible tariff/service combinations and/or impact rating results. Charge Overrides cannot be maintained at trip level.

Note: If Monetary Information Control field is set to No Monetary Values or No Rating Values in the user profile, then the rating and charge information sections are suppressed for the user.

Additional Operations

Note: Business Hours and Contacts for the Origin Shipping Location can be displayed from this screen. Origin location refers to the first stop on the first load.
