Shipping Location fields - Details 2 tab - Load-at

- Preferred Carrier: The ID of the preferred carrier for shipments being sent to this load-at. Optional. If specified, it will constrain load building in that shipments for load-ats with different preferred carriers cannot be combined on the same load.
- Preferred Service: The ID of the preferred service for shipments being sent to this load-at. Optional. If specified, it will constrain load building in that shipments for load-ats with different preferred services cannot be combined on the same load.
- Store Number: The individual store number if this shipping location is part of a chain.
- Outbound Environment: Controls whether outbound non-live loading is allowed at this shipping location. Supported values are: "At Any Time", "During Business Hours Only" and "Never".
- Manage Trailer Alerts: Indicates whether trailer alerts can be generated and maintained by proactive monitoring for loads originating at this location.
- Auto-Create Non-Live Dock Commitments: Indicates whether dock commitments will be created during optimization for non-live picks at this location (assuming load is using a tariff service where dock assignment has been enabled). If true, location will also be eligible to have default non-live designation overridden if dock assignment was not possible using default setting.
- WMS Instance ID: Indicates the Warehouse Management instance that is used to manage the freight shipped from the location.
- Tender Response Time: The number of hours allotted to carriers to response to tenders for loads or trips originating from this shipping location. If a value is non-zero, it will supersede value defined for carrier.
- Order Grouping Enabled: When the global setting for order grouping sequence is "Shipping Location", this flag will be used to indicate whether order grouping should be enabled for loads originating at this location. If true, the Shipment Sequence Number for the destination locations for the load will be used to dictate the sequence in which goods will be loaded on the trailer.
